Contract Generator FAQ

Is this a legally binding contract?

This generates a starting draft covering common freelance terms. Signed by both parties it functions as an agreement, but you should have a lawyer review anything high-value or unusual, and adapt it to your state/country's laws.

Can I use this for a change order mid-project?

Yes — select "Scope-Change / Change Order" to document additional work and fees outside your original agreement before you start that work.
