When should I send an invoice?
Send invoices immediately after completing work or at agreed milestones. For retainers, invoice at the start of each month. Clear due dates and payment terms help you get paid faster.
How do I handle late payments?

Currently, the invoice generator focuses on clean, text-based layouts. You can add your business name and contact details. For branded invoices, save as PDF and add your logo in a PDF editor before sending.
